1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday) after receipt of payment.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, the selected logistics service provider, and the dispatch warehouse:

- Europe Warehouse: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- China Warehouse: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Note: Deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.
3. Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

4. Modify or Cancel Your Order
Before Dispatch
If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the delivery address or canceling the order), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
After Dispatch
Unfortunately, once the package has left our warehouse, no further modifications, cancellations, or refunds are possible.
5. Customs & DDP Shipping (Delivery Duty Paid)
To make the wholesale purchasing process smoother, we offer DDP dispatch (customs duties and taxes included in the price) for certain countries. You do not have to worry about additional fees or customs clearance issues:

Non-DDP Regions

In rare cases, deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience delays or incur additional shipping costs. If your address falls into this category, our team will contact you proactively to clarify the details before shipping.
