Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vapemak, your satisfaction with our disposable vape wholesale products is our top priority. Because we deal in wholesale and electronic vaping devices, we adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards. Please read our returns, refunds, and exchange policy carefully before initiating any requests.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

1.1 Standard Return Timeframe

For standard returns (e.g., ordering the wrong items), you may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. However, returns and exchanges for defective products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges after these respective periods have expired.

1.2 Strict Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unopened: All disposable vapes and related products must be in pristine, unused condition, with original seals fully intact.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original sales packaging, including any outer shrink wrap, master cartons, protective films, or seals, without damage.
  • Hygiene Exclusions: For strict health and hygienic reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal is strictly non-returnable. This includes all disposable devices, e-liquids, and accessories.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

2.1 Inspection Upon Delivery

Because wholesale orders contain large quantities, please inspect your delivery carefully within 3 days of receipt.

2.2 Reporting Defects

If an item is damaged, defective (non-user-induced), or incorrect, contact us immediately. We only accept returns for faulty products. Products with physical damage, water damage, or signs of tampering caused by the user will not be refunded.

3. The Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

Do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be considered unauthorized and will incur a 50% restocking fee.

3.2 Required Information

To request a return, please contact our support team and provide the following details:

  • Full Name and Company Name
  • Order Number and Date of Purchase
  • Product Details (Brand, model, flavor/color, and quantity)
  • Detailed reason for the return
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect or incorrect item

Pack the authorized goods carefully in a sturdy box to avoid transport damage during transit.

4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

4.1 Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned items are received, inspected, and verified, you will receive an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may add additional days before the funds reflect in your account.

4.2 Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If the return is not due to an error on our part, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Vapemak Error: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective items out of the box), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4.3 Cancellations and Undeliverable Packages

Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please verify your delivery address before finalizing your wholesale order. In the case of an incorrect address or refusal of acceptance upon delivery, a 30% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
